Q. Do I need to purchase an Internet modem to use CommodoreServer.com?
A. No. In fact, CommodoreServer.com is a very useful resource for storing disks online so that you will always have them when you need them. You can upload and download disks, files and view the file contents all from your Web browser. You can use the many other features, such as blogging, discussion forums, disk sharing, disks for sale, etc. without the need for an Internet modem. You need some sort of Internet modem to connect from your Commodore computer, however.
Q. Do I need to pay for a subscription in order to have disks in my account?
A. No, the service is completely free but you can't sell software or hardware without a subscription to the Publishers plan. Check the Pricing Page for more information about the Publishers plan.
